COACHES: 26 Coach Clinics are available in Edmonton in September, October & November, sign up today!
All coaches and assistant coaches seeking registration in a coaching clinic for the 2017-2018 season, will need to obtain their HCR# from Coach Development and will be expected to inform the Coach Development Committee of their registration intentions, if they wish to have the EGHA pay for the clinic.
Coaches will be required to prepay the cost of the clinic prior to attending.
The EGHA will reimburse the coaches following EMHA confirmed attendance in the requested clinic and submission of the paid receipt to Coach Development.
As well as being committed to developing our female athletes into the best hockey players they can be, the EGHA is also committed to developing our coaches into the best teachers and mentors they can be.
Coach Development is an ongoing process in which the EGHA is striving to offer our volunteer coaches access to courses, information, and mentors which will allow them to develop their skills in the areas of communication, teaching, game & practice strategies, team building, female psychology, safety and first aid.
