Picture & Apparel Day
EGHA has booked all team pictures on behalf of our teams again this year. We have also standardized all EGHA apparel and will have one exclusive supplier for the 2009-2010 season.

Pictures
DO NOT BE LATE. Please keep in mind we have 23 teams that need to have pictures taken and an opportunity to try on apparel, the goal is to do this in one day. If one person is late this impacts all teams.
Arrive dressed or give yourself/team enough time to get dressed.
Coaches, please bring DARK jerseys, as the background will be a light color. Also, please bring a complete team list with players first and last names as well as jersey number.
If you are unable to attend picture day but plan to go at another time, let the coach know prior to having picture taken so the photographer can leave a space, it will cost an additional $30 to be added in after the fact.
Please have picture form filled out prior to arrival to speed up the process, If you are car pooling please make sure the girl you are picking up has her form and payment.
Avonlea accepts visa, mastercard and debit on site.

Apparel
BHD will be set up at Avonlea Studio so that teams will be able to view and try on apparel following their pictures. All sizes of all items will be available as to avoid any sizing issues this year.
Please make your cheque payable to EGHA and have with you when you submit your order.
